Welcome to Sup Chef®. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Sup Chef. Sup Chef operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”) to provide you with a curated shopping experience. Sup Chef is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use our Services.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Sup Chef reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Orders are not accepted until payment is processed and confirmation is issued.

Once an order is accepted, it may not be canceled or modified. If an order is changed or canceled by us, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided.

All purchases are subject to our Refunds & Returns Policy [LINK], which applies specifically to food and perishable items.

Orders are for personal or household use only and may not be resold or exported.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at checkout at the time the order is placed. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless stated otherwise.

You agree to provide accurate and current billing and payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable charges.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Sup Chef currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, supply chain issues, or events beyond our control.

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Services, including trademarks, logos, text, images, graphics, videos, and designs, is owned by Sup Chef or its licensors and is protected by U.S. intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Sup Chef is powered by Shopify. However, all sales are made directly between you and Sup Chef. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your transactions with Sup Chef. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims related to your purchases.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in those policies.
